HEX provides a range of shell and tube service including cleaning, repair, replacement of tube bundles, and new exchangers.
Cleaning
Clogging, fouling, and debris buildup will lead to your heat exchanger underperforming, and it may be time to clean it. HEX provides mechanical as well as chemical cleaning of your shell and tube to restore it's efficiency and save on energy costs. Once clean, we will pressure test the tubes to check for tube integrity. If any tubes fail, we can plug tubes or look at other options if a significant number of tubes fail.
Re-Tubing and Repair of Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers
We will conduct re-tubing of your shell & tube heat exchanger to ensure optimal heat transfer and efficiency.
We can plug tubes, replace tube bundles for your existing unit, or replace the complete unit
